Refund policy

To avoid waste, each product is made after you place your order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following instructions:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase or if the item was custom-made (for a specific phone model, design or size), we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is free from damage or signs of wear.

Notice for EU customers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, / or may also be sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and / or both.

Faulty items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we offer an exchange or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact our team via email at info@jailora.com and provide a clear photo showing the problem.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the issue.

Refunds: Once we receive and review your email with proof of damaged item, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be sent further instructions. Please note that processing may take several days.

Items sent back to us without a prior request for a refund will not be accepted.
