Shipping policy
Orders require 2-4 processing days before being shipped. Please note that the delivery time does not include these processing days.
At Jailora, we offer worldwide shipping to ensure that we can deliver quality products to our customers anywhere in the world. Please read the following delivery details:
- Delivery Time: Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders take between 2 to 12 business days to arrive after they have been processed. These times are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
- International Shipping: For international orders, please note that customs and import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for possible fees.
Please note that print providers and delivery services are very busy during this time and some orders may experience delays compared to normal delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.
Tracking
All orders are 100% tracked. Once your order leaves the factory, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing delivery information.
